His goal - to help others improve the quality of their life through yoga, meditation, mindfulness and spiritual practices.
Growing up on the ghats of the spiritual city of Varanasi, India, his interest in yoga sparked during high school days, when he spent a week at an ashram as a volunteer. Already enjoying the study of Sanskrit mantras and Vedic culture, he started to read and practice yoga and meditation. It became evident to him that he had found his calling and his passion.
Before graduating from high school, he knew he wanted to pursue higher studies in this field and make a difference to others’ lives through his learning and experience.
After completing his 200-hour yoga teacher training and Masters of Science (M.Sc.) in Yoga Therapy from S-VYASA Yoga University in India, he immersed himself into the world of teaching yoga and meditation. He has earned an excellent reputation in a short period of time as a supportive and friendly spirit with an ability to permeate his classes with positivity and passion.
His long-term goal is to help others improve the quality of their life by aligning their mind, body and soul through yoga, meditation, mindfulness and spiritual practices.
