Originally from Italy, Simona Nucera is a direct student of HH the 14th Dalai Lama and Sharath R Jois.

She is an Asthanga Yoga practitioner and a Level 1 Authorized Teacher from the Institute KPJAYI and SYC in Mysore, India.

With a BA in Design and a Diploma in Classical Ancient Literature, Simona has been studying since 2006, 
Eastern Philosophy (Buddhism, Hinduism and Yoga) between India, UK, SEA and USA.
